Subscription Plans

• 7-Day Free Trial: Full access to all features for 7 days
• Creator Plan: $9.99/month for 60 ideas per month, 30 scripts per month, 30 variations per month, and advanced features including script exports and priority support

Trial and Payment Terms

• 7-day free trial with full access to all features
• Trial includes up to 2 idea generations and 1 script generation (no variations)
• No credit card required for trial signup
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance after trial
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months of service
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Permitted Uses

You may use EzCreator for legitimate content creation purposes, including:

• Generating ideas for your YouTube content
• Creating variations of existing ideas for different approaches
• Analyzing public YouTube videos for inspiration
• Generating and exporting video scripts
• Managing and organizing your content ideas and scripts
• Educational and research purposes

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the Service
• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
• Generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Abuse or circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from our platform

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. By using EzCreator, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide the Service and improve our AI models.

YouTube Data

When you submit YouTube video URLs for analysis, we collect publicly available metadata in compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and API policies. We do not claim ownership of this data.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any user-created content or its compliance with platform policies.

Our Intellectual Property

EzCreator and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

• We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of analyzed YouTube data or generated variations
• Trial limitations may restrict access to certain features after the trial period

Technical Limitations

Our Service depends on third-party APIs and services. We disclaim responsibility for service interruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription or contacting our support team. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of your billing period.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Effect of Termination
